International Program I Pre-Nursery up to Grade 6
Merger of the International Program together with the German International Program when
entering the Orientation level — in preparation for Secondary I (shared classes with students
from the German Program with some individual subjects taught separately).

German International Program
The enrolment fee for the German International programme in grades 1–12 is paid only once upon initial registration at DSJ, amounting to IDR 140,000,000.
Meanwhile, payments for the kindergarten level are made twice: IDR 75,000,000 upon initial enrolment and IDR 65,000,000 upon entering Grade 1.
Intended for pupils with German citizenship or those who wish to start learning German from preschool age.

| [ 1 ] Enrolment Fee Enrolment Fees have to be paid in full per first due date. Enrolment Fees paid for the ‘KiTa’ will be credited against the Enrolment Fees payable when enrolling at the School. |
| [ 2 ] Loyalty Rewards We appreciate your loyalty! If your child has been enrolled at the DSJ for at least 6 full school years in grades 1 to 12 in either school department (continuously or intermittently; enrolment years in any level below grade 1 do NOT count), for this student you will be granted the following discounts: After 6 full years (= in the 7th year until 9th year of enrolment) : 10% discount on the School Fees After 9 full years (= in the 10th year until 12th year of enrolment) : 20% discount on the School Fees |
| [ 3 ] Discounts for siblings of students enrolled at the DSJ (applicable for siblings over all DSJ departments) ● First Sibling : 5% discount on applicable Annual Tuition Fees ● As of Second Sibling : 10% discount on applicable Annual Tuition Fees per student Siblings discounts shall be deducted from the Net Tuition Fees, i.e. Tuition Fees according to the above Price List minus discounts following the above terms and conditions under note [2]. Siblings discounts are applicable for all students over all DSJ departments. The highest Net Tuition Fee tariff per family has to be paid in full; discounts for siblings will be calculated in the order of the respective next lower net tariff(s). |
International Program
Term and Condition
| [ 1 ] One-time ‘DIA’ Enrolment Fee | Secondary I and Secondary II (Grades 7 - 9 and 10 - 12) When entering the ‘DIA’ program as of Grade 7, for students who have participated in the International program the accumulated total of annually paid Enrolment Fees from Pre-Nursery up to Primary Grade 6 will be credited against the one-time ‘DIA’ Enrolment Fee of IDR 140,000,000. The remaining amount (= IDR 140,000,000 minus the accumulated total of Enrolment Fees paid during the International program) will be divided into two equalinstallments. The first installment shall be due when entering Grade 7, the second one when entering Grade 10. |

Admission Procedure
| 1. Learn about our School Get familiar with our school and academic approach so you can make well informed decisions. We are always happy to give you a free consultation to guide you to find the best education for your child and answer all your questions through email or whatsapp. We also encourage you to take a school tour to explore our campus and our school's location and environment. Please kindly book a tour first. |
| 2. Educational Assessment We make sure that your child will feel perfectly comfortable and succeed in its new school environment by finding the right programme and grade for them. Our Pedagogic team will asses your child's needs, through trial days. Feel free to contact our admission team to propose a trial and we will schedule it accordingly. Please also kindly prepare the most recent report card of your child, as it is required for the observation process on the trial days. |
| 3. Feedback Trial Meeting After the trial ends and the trial result is ready, you will be invited to a feedback meeting with our Head of Departments. Please kindly wait for a further info from our admission team. Once the meeting is done, it is now time for you to make your final decision. |
| 4. Registration Should you made your final decision to enrol at our school, simply complete our registration form and send it to us, accompanied by all additional required documents. |
| 5. Payment After you are registered, we will issue the invoice and send it to you via email. You can find all our enrolment and school fee for both of our programs in the home section. Full payment of the enrolment and school fees must be completed in accordance with the terms of payment specified on the invoice. Should you have any more questions regarding the fee, please don´t hesitate to contact our admission team. |
| 6. Prepare for the First Day of School Before the exciting first day of your dear child begins, our secretariat team will send an email with all relevant information you should know, like learning materials, time table, and the updated school calendar. Primary 1 students will additionally do a medical check-up at school in the beginning of the academic year. This will be informed by our secretariat team through email. |
